| Ron Halas Chief Operating Officer Ron comes to Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd with 22 years of diverse experience including open pit and underground mining in both base and precious metals. He has worked with major mining companies including Vale Inco, PT Freeport Indonesia, Placer Dome, Cominco Limited and Inco Limited. His extensive experience in mine feasibility, development and operations has been gained in Canada, Indonesia and New Caledonia. Most recently, Ron was Mine Director at Vale Inco's Goro open pit nickel mine in New Caledonia, where he worked to improve operational efficiency, safety and cost awareness at this world-class deposit. Ron has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from McGill University, Quebec and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. Most recently, Larry was Chief Financial Officer for two junior mining companies where he was heavily involved in raising capital and the successful construction of mines in North America. Previously, Larry was Manager, Corporate Development, at Placer Dome Inc. until its acquisition by Barrick Gold Corp. and participated in several high-profile, international acquisitions. | Mr. Stuart Morris Vice President, Development Geology Stuart has more than 30 years of experience in precious and base metal production, mine development and exploration in Canada and the United States. Stuart's experience includes senior positions at Echo Bay's Sunnyside mine and A.J. Mine project, Placer Dome's Campbell Mine, NovaGold's Galore Creek, and Donlin Creek and the Nome Exploration projects. Earlier he worked with Inspiration Mines and Pinto Valley Copper in Arizona, California and Nevada as a project geologist. He is a registered geologist in Utah, Arizona and British Columbia and received his Bachelor degree in Geology and a Masters in Economic Geology from the Brigham Young University. | |

| Christopher Lattanzi Director Christopher is a mining engineer and was President of Micon International Limited, mineral industry consultants from its founding in 1988 to mid-2005. He has been active in the consulting area since 1967 when he joined David S. Robertson & Associates, Micon's predecessor firm. Prior to joining Robertson & Associates, he was in charge of mine design and operation for Canada's first oil sands operation. He has directed or participated in the preparation of feasibility studies for mineral deposits in Canada, the United States, Africa, Europe and Asia. These projects have involved base metals, precious metals and potash, and initial capital expenditures of up to about $500 million. Christopher recently served as Chairman and lead director of Meridian Gold Corp. prior to that company's merger with Yamana Resources Inc. | |
| Donald Sharp, C.A. Director Donald has a strong accounting background and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. He has worked in the mining industry in Canada and elsewhere since 1966 and has served in such senior management roles as chief financial officer and corporate secretary with companies working principally in the western portion of North America. His experience in the mineral exploration industry ranges from companies in the early stage of exploration through to those in production.
